Year 1 had an amazing day out at Knebworth House where they got to experience life in the Victorian times. In the morning, they took part in a range of fun activities such as dressing up, writing on slate boards, guessing artefacts and playing with Victorian toys. After lunch, they visited the gift shop, had fun finding their way around a maze and went on a dinosaur trail. To end their wonderful day, the children played various Victorian games such as, Skittles and Bowls. The day wouldn't have been possible without the wonderful parents who volunteered, so a big thank-you to them from Mrs Ko!
