We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Bursar to join our thriving Prep School.  Holland House is a small, single form entry school with a real family feel and community atmosphere where each child is known to every member of staff.

Hours: Full-time during term time + 6 weeks. Happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate

Responsible to: Headmistress & the Governors

The role of the School Bursar at HHS is a rich and exciting one with the chance to make a real impact on the lives of the children entrusted into our care. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as such you will contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the school and report directly to the governors on financial matters.

As the Bursar, you will manage the day to day finances of the school alongside some non-educational aspects of school operations. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of all areas of the school and promoting good morale. We expect the Bursar to share our aims and ethos and to actively promote the well-being of all pupils.
