ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Considerable emphasis is placed on Games and Sport.  On joining Holland House School, children are first encouraged to develop hand/eye coordination while they enjoy themselves in a variety of outdoor games.  In addition, they are taught to appreciate the degree to which games depend upon rules and teamwork.  From the age of seven, boys play football every week during the winter months and cricket in the summer term.  Girls may play football too, upon request.  Girls play netball every week during the winter months and tennis in the summer term.  There are regular matches against other schools.

A Prize-giving Concert, Christmas Celebrations and a Sports Day are held annually.

Visits to places of educational interest are made each year and the School undertakes an annual five-day trip to France in Year 6.  Extra-curricular activities after school include science club, chess, dance and judo.
